BRANOfol M5, R5 Stretch

BRANOfolM5 and R5 Stretch are transparent, blueish, unprinted stretch films with active VCI corrosion protection, especially suitable for contact-optimized steel coil packaging.

BRANOfolM5 and R5 Stretch constantly emit small amounts of corrosion-inhibiting substances inside the packaging (VCI: Volatile Corrosion Inhibitors), which effectively protect metal parts against corrosion during transport or storage.

Depending on the packaging volume, the protective atmosphere is available after a short period of time. This is maintained even after the packaging has been opened for a short period –the protective atmosphere will be reconstituted immediately after use. The standard thickness is 30 μm, other thicknesses available upon request.
