BRANOfolCu is a special polyethylene film with active VCI protection for copper and its alloys.
It is waterproof, weldable, and ideal for automated packaging and bag production. BRANOfolCu corrosion protection films are available in thicknesses from 40 to 300 μm, in a variety of colors, and as flat bags or films for printing.
The films continuously release tiny amounts of corrosion protection agents into the air inside the packaging, also protecting metal surfaces that they don’t come into direct contact with. This effectively protects metal parts from corrosion during storage and transportation.
The protective atmosphere is formed –depending on the volume of the packaging –after a short period of time.
